He took a cheap Epson printer and stuck it in a case, i just use a Epson 4800 pro wide format printer, paid $1200 used for it. You can also use a 3800 pro and get them alot cheaper, also you may want to look into the continuous ink system if you are doing alot of printing.

Printer in metal box - standard $30 printer - maybe that is big issue - some people feel cheated
Many on YT now make own DTG printer very cheap
Ink cartridges available from many sources - better CISS for cheap continuous ink is available from 3rd party
RIP software not vital - pretreatment available anywhere
If paid by credit card - you get additional protection. Most companies are honest - if you report issues
Does this guy have another video to show damage - and asking for help?

Must be very careful when we need to buy this type of devices, mainly on Internet

Call Chinese authorities, they will not only take them to jail but will probably torture them!

I got the printer BUT dont work at all.I got no inks, no RIP software, no pretreatment altgouh I have payed $ 1800.This man is a big swindler.
