Realistic physics with gears... and custom cars to build, besides the classic each with special weaponry and a bit of Destruction Derby Raw Damage engine

A real Twisted Metal needs a guy going insane with a split personality who is a clown with a flaming head, a guy attached to a couple wheels standing on an axel (Axel), and a cop either going insane or a pair of cops trying to do "good". But yeah other then that, 4/5.

Closest thing we'll ever get. I bet if they actually made a TM movie the main character would have to have a pretty innocent story to get what they want. If you made it Sweet Tooth, man, that film would scare the shit out of people ;p
