  • its like ballet and german dancing

  • @ilikebacon247 hmmm... I never really thought of it that way!

  • Lovely dance and beautiful music! What it is it?

  • @nlty678 thank you very much. The song is called "Raining Up" and it is by Mairead Nesbitt, who is the fiddler for Celtic Woman. It is from her only solo album, which is awesome. :)

  • Beautifully choreographed. Nicely done, ladies.

  • @cometirish thank you very much. Actually a lot of the credit for the choreography goes to our dance teacher, Tony Comerford of the Comerford School of Irish Dance. :-)

  • I've noticed that a lot of the slip jig videos have a few more dislikes than they should. I suspect that this is because slip jigs are in 9/8 and people can't count. Therefore, they hit dislike.

    Just a theory.

  • They are like beautiful flowers dancing in the wind!

  • beautful job ladies!!! wowoww

  • Is this not just a normal double jig?

  • oh my goodness...i so wish i could tell my left from my right foot when i dance! i can bellydance fairly well but this gets right down to my celtic roots!

  • @ilikebacon247 I just meant to say: No surprise the uninitiated mistake Irish softshoe dancing for ballett..

    ..

  • @vdag94 thank you :-)
