Just saying thanks for posting this. You did a service showing that the lock could be picked. I know to not buy that lock because of you. Thanks.

Since we're talking, have you ever tried to pick a Fuggedaboudit by Kryptonite?

  • thanks for the reply deezynar..:-)..i have never herd of a fuggedaboudit haha but it sounds interesting..i shall look it up on the net.

  • @deezynar New York urban slang for "forget about it." Pronounced with an Italian American accent, this term was immortalized in the film Donnie Brasco (1997), in which Al Pacino and Jonny Depp pondered its meaning. Memorable moments in the film Mickey Blue Eyes include Hugh Grants' attempts to mimic mob terms such as "fuggedaboutit" with no success.

  • Awesome!Top picking mate!5* :o)

  • thanks steve yep i nailed it lol..:-)

  • Great job! They're fun locks to pik! Xcept all the ones I got have the same cores. Diff. Bittings but still.. I bought 3 diff. Black 1s short hasp, long hasp . The huge shrouded one 70mm? And 2 small stainless shrouded 1s . They all got the same 6 pin Master knockoff core . 2 even had the same bitting!! Peace n Tanks q;{>

Surely a memorable cinematic moment. weep, weep. : )

However, "Fuggedaboudit", is also the name of a bike lock by Kryptonite. It has a disc lock that's designed to be particularly hard to pick? I'm not familiar w/ how a disc lock works or whether they're pickable or not. Therefore, I thought I'd ask if you had ever tried to pick one. Take care.

  • nice pick man! I just got the 70mm short shackle Krypto. I can't hardley get a false set. Any tips? Peace n' Thanx. ps. I have the 38mm also both 6 high security pins.

  • not a bad time either, cheer's.
