A short little vid of my new sunforce charge controller not being use the way it should be. I received it today from amazon and wanted to try it out so I hooked it up to a spare 12v battery laying around and one of my ham radio power supplies.

  • how do i ,..or you measure the amps???

  • Measure the amps going into the battery? Put an Ammeter in series.

Im working on a panel with two volt meters and one ammeter that shows incoming volts, outgoing volts and amps.

  • @TheSolarSkater

10% of 12A/h = 1.2A safe charge for this Battery !! 2 Amps going in is a destructive charge . . or is that not the case?

  • im getting one of those charge controllers in a couple of days

  • i have the same charge controller it came with my sunforce solar panel
