i seen ian and the doors in concert in pittsburgh and ian hit every damn note and verse perfect. i sat in the second row and ian was pointing me out as we sang along. i thought that was the coolest. niether ray nor robbie missed a beat. awsome.

I think Ian Asbury's preformance as Jim is really coool! Love to seen them live but Morrison can't really be redone lol

@nmorris47 Totally agree with you. I have the dvd and it is absolutely amazing. Robbie has always inspired me to practice the my scales and strive harder to be a thorough musician/songwriter. It's amazing what you can do with a couple of chords (: Oh and Ian... you the man. Professional as always.

Ian Astbury has a sucessful band- The Cult - plz see "She sells Sanctuary" for 2nd best song ever. He's not playing Jim, he is vocalizing his love and his vocals for The Doors. Jim Died, I was born. Ian lives...
