bleed a feeder jar down to have vacuum? Maybe I'm just thick, but how?

@ninemikemike you can re use the frames but I find that the bees will rebuild on new foundation better and I can reuse the wax. I just melt it down and run it thru my wax mill.
can you re-use the frames from a starve out?
