whenever you talk about guns vs knives/ Swords/ machete's you seem to forget in your own story even that the guy with the gun is always standing still and thus has a steady hand, has time to think, and pull his gun on some crazy 50 year old vergin flailing around a sharp object while running right for the guy with the gun. sounds like the guy with the gun has the upper hand to me.
