i wondered what ever happened to this footage. i saw it on tv years ago. They cut out alot of bill freaking out..pushing and shoving people off of him they had pushed him up against a wall in the scene i remember. I had the same at a madonna show at coachella. But madonna played guitar later that evening and everything was ok in the universe.

I agree with Nanakodwo - the title to this video is unpleasant and untruthful at best, racist at worst.

What's the point of this video anyway? Bill Clinton was being jostled by a crowd of enthusiastic people welcoming him to Accra. Big deal. Welcome to the real world, Bill.
