  • dang guys I am SOOOOO envious. I have been online looking for property around Chama for about a year now. I want to retire to the area.

  • Cool. You can apply for a permit and join us. We live in Ojo Caliente. Not to far from Chama. Hope you like snow:-)

  • Whats cool is that you don't need a permit before May 1st!!!!

  • n ext to the baseball park there is a couple of houses for sale

  • There may be property available on Mesa Golondrino, south of Chama. I was up there 45 days ago, and much of it is ranch land (cattle grazing) but the dirt roads are fairly good.

I live and work in the area; there are a few large ranches for sale.

  • the thing that sux about shopping for real estate online is it is hard to know what a good deal is. We live 700 miles from Chama so when we do come up to check things out we want to have a good game plan. We want a few acres that are secluded but road accessable and no restrictions so we could stay in an RV while we built. If you have any good connections I'd appreciate it :)

  • oh man.... we have a permit for May. Heading to KS...otherwise I'd want to go... lets boat! hulih20
