USAirways Sucks

Our flight was delayed because someone hurt their ankle opening the door. So they kept us captive in the plane for hours, reeling of excuse after excuse. Mechanical delays. Runway traffic. Then when it was time for free drinks, they claimed it was all weather related. That was the spark of the revolution...

I feel your pain. RIGHT NOW, I'm on the phone with US Airways customer service or should I saw automated answering machine on hold (been on hold for 45 min so far) they canceled my flight today because of LACK OF AIRCRAFT AND CREW, from Seattle to Charlotte. I've always hated flying US Airways.

I just posted a video where a us airways manager almost hit a woman!!! I swear that I get better treatment at fast food restaurants.... where I don't spend hundreds of dollars at a time!!!

that lady was hilarious, last time i flew us airways i was on a flight that was delayed but i needed to make my connecting flight still so i ran to my gate thinking i have couple minutes until the planes supposed to leave but no they decided to have the flight leave 10 minutes early, it was ridiculous

the lady about the drink,just because you paid 150.00 for your flight you think the airline owes you everything free, lady its public transportation!!!!!!!get over your self,you have to pay for popcorn at the movies,next time bring ur own booze!!!!!!!!!!!
