The Simpsons Arcade Playthrough Stage 3 (by Kitsune Sniper)

This video came about from a competition held over at DigitalPress on May, 2006 - I recorded a MAME playback of my playthrough and uploaded it to a few places, but I never really put it up on Youtube until now.

This is Level 3 of the game, as played by me back then. There's eight videos in total.

This video was captured using FoxMagic capturing software while the replay was played on MAME 0.101. I made this video, so PLEASE don't steal it!

That game is NOT THE SAME AS THIS ONE. That's a cheap cash-in made by EA, a lot of people are going to buy it thinking it's this when IT'S NOT.

I've gotta say, this is one goddamn impossible game to beat using just one coin. Just TOO FREAKIN' HARSH!!

Me and my friend beat it once back in the day, like 10 years ago. It took us like 30 coins.......why would they ever make this game so tough?? Nice memories though....

The harder the game, the more coins you spend.

I also beat it over ten years ago, with quite a few coins. But boy was I proud when I beat it... too bad nobody was around when I did.

When I was a kid I went to the arcade determined to beat this game, spent like $10 in coins on it (I wasn't very good) and got all the way to Mr. Burns, beat most of his forms, then lost. D=

@DonnerKopf1 i agree man this game was tough as hell, but did you ever play the Ninja Turtles Original Arcade game back in the late 80's early 90's? NOW THAT GAME was fucking brutal, and i mean brutal. it was down right mean at points. even with 4 players, it took so long to beat the bosses. Man oh man alot of my time and money are still within the confines of that game box lol. -Cheers

You should have come in as Bart or Marge every once in a while when you died, just to give the videos a little bit more variety, for those who liked the other players more than just homer. cause you seem to be good enough at the game to do fine with any character.

my friend and I wasted 20 bucks on this game at the local bowling alley one day only to run out of money when the final boss was like 2 hits away from beaten.

what a great way to spend the money from my 8th birthday.
