@PSPscene well ipod touch has virtual buttons for games or you just simply tilt it for racing. The ipod touch has pretty much the same graphics quality and it has a faster processor.

Not really. Do you we got mini now and Ipod Touch is not an portabe game device, it's a MP3 player with a bunch of apps.

sorry but the PSP wins hands down for gaming and watching movies, The Itouch cant compete with the PSP's dedicated controls.
However, I would say the ipod touch may have an advantage for games like command&conquor, then it would have a better control interface.
