@iSAW7 Do you know what the main drug the mexican's war over?? More than likely cocaine. How bout the fact that if it were legal it would be sold in stores and people would grow it themselves. That would in turn put the marihauna "druglords" outta business as far as weed is concerned. And how does the famine or atheist have to do with weed? Maybe if they would smoked some bud that wouldn't have happened? As far as the excuses go the govt. has been making excuses forever to keep it illegal!!
no drug should be illegal. it is 100% unconstitutional for the US federal government to dictate what substances a citizen can choose to consume. The states have more power in this regard, but drug control is not about protecting people, it's about reducing otherwise mostly productive and responsible people to slaves living in cages. And today these cages are corporate prisons, where prisoners manufacture products for private industry. How is this not slavery? Of non-violent people? Wake up!
@MarcBeckK Look man, I want this legalized just as much as the next guy, but I'm not going to support it by saying its a wonder drug that "god gave us," that's just going to turn conservatives off. The reason marijuana has remained illegal is due to the stigma associated with pot heads and the urban myths they perpetuate. It's better to accept there are some bad side effects and let someone else decide whether they wish to accept those risks or not.
"In one study, it was estimated that marijuana users have a 4.8-fold increase in the risk of heart attack in the first hour after smoking the drug." "Many of the extra sick days among the marijuana smokers in the study were for respiratory illnesses." "In one study, heavy marijuana abusers reported that the drug impaired several important measures of life achievement including physical and mental health, cognitive abilities, social life, and career status."
@incheonlazerhead I have done research myself. The oxygen level in blood drops, which only makes you perform a little worse. And it expands the arteries(hence the red eyes many gets) and that helps for a lot of things including high blood pressure.
And it is used to relieve chronic pains, and migrane. Also a lot of cancer patients in treatment are given medical cannabis because it takes away the usual nausia caused by chemotherapy. Also no studies have concluded any harmful effects.
eating seeds makes your head hurt. is it worth it just because its healthy?
The federal gov't continues to claim authority in matters not EXPRESSLY given in the constitution.
I am trying to spread the word ! I am posting links to this video, and other videos like this one on my profiles on ALL of the sites that I use.
I Advise the rest of you to do the same. Spread the word. We actually need weed !
