In a universe much like our modern day, years of government without a policy change and harsh in some areas led to social upheaval enough for a group of rebels got together and began to perform actions of criticism and protest. What began with peaceful marches and demonstrations soon took on greater intensity and soon, the ragtag group went on to become a well-organized association of people with radical mentality, heavily armed and with often questionable actions to achieve the desired ends.
The rebels, as they became famous, became a threat to the stability of the current government.

When state officials noted this grave threat, did not hesitate to bring together the best soldiers among the police and army forces to compose a special defense called Tactical Operations Protection, or OTP.

As might be expected, a relationship evolved between hunter and hunting rebels and OTP, with each side playing the role of hunter momentarily to then become the hunted. On several fronts and localities, clashes occur between the two groups, often armed and full of action. Some have spectacular tone, worthy of cinema.

With the occurrence of constant clashes, clashes in the open, surprise attacks, suspected bombs and other high-risk action, only time will prove which side will win this duel urban.
