@SerenityZero - oh I agree. I noticed that whenever she's dealing with an irrational person, she keeps her cool. Even after they yell, she does the opposite of what she normally does, she treats them very civil, never raises her voice or calls them an idiot.

So many things to love about this video. I love how JJ is annoying him by being calm and reasonable, I think she enjoys that. I love how the guy looks like he's gonna kill someone and is hilariously out of control in a courtroom (though if I see him I'm running the other way) and I love how Byrd stands between them AND takes his glasses off in case shit goes down, but still manages to look exasperated to the point of boredom, and I love his expression in the background at the end. Byrd: >_>'

If they never met each other, then this awesome video would have never been aired on Judge Judy.

@kyuubisgirl3232 that check guy was crazy lol
I honestly don't know what to think about this case. I mean it's clear that he has a hard time controlling his temper - if he thinks he's not being listened to - I mean we all get frustrated if we don't feel we're being heard, but at the same time - she was what seemed to be the last in the house, but then he can't prove that she took them, so I'd have to agree with Judge Judy on this one simply on reasonable doubt.
Interesting case for sure, very mind stimulating.

@57595153Nick this isn't a criminal case and the burden of proof for a civil case is by the preponderance of the evidence not beyond a reasonable doubt.
