@howard0224 Actually Shinji, I'd like to Second this comment. My butt, upper back and head are not submerged as yours are but my legs sink after 6-7 seconds. How long did you float for before sinking when you first practiced this drill? How long did it take for you to float the way you do in the video?
I'm curious if every person can achieve the balance that you have whilst floating.
is it possible for everyone with any kind of body figure to glide that long? could it be the case that some people (like me?) just have too dense legs preventing them from a nice glide?
