How To Sample Songs Using Edison

I have had a bunch of people ask me how to use edison, since it is pretty simple i decided to show you. Also This is just a demonstration, there was no intent on having the quality 100%. I want to sample a line from a jay-z song...how do import the song from my computer...into FL...then into edison?

put the song into folder, then in FL go to Options --> File Settings.Then under the directory click one of the folders, itll bring up a browser. find the folder with your song in it. highlight it then press OK. then that folder will appear in your browser

This is a good tutorial but im stucked. If i want an 83 bpm beat how to stretch my sample to be 83 bpm? My samples always off the beat and i dont know what to do.

@sosexysocoolsobeast Yes it does. Go up to the top right icon until you see "view mixer" and then click one of the drop downs when that menu comes up and look for Edison.
