This is a good tutorial but im stucked. If i want an 83 bpm beat how to stretch my sample to be 83 bpm? My samples always off the beat and i dont know what to do.

@mrharlem141 click the button in the top right that has the scissors on it

@sosexysocoolsobeast Yes it does. Go up to the top right icon until you see "view mixer" and then click one of the drop downs when that menu comes up and look for Edison.

i tried to sample a song and it wont play on edison but it wors on the piano and all that

fl studio 10 doesnt have edison :(

Does anyone know why mine never gets the tempo correct? It always finishes the pattern before the sample is done playing....

@lilj2005 u need to make the drum pattern longer, make it 8 bars instead of 4

I want to sample a line from a jay-z song...how do import the song from my computer...into FL...then into edison?

put the song into folder, then in FL go to Options --> File Settings.Then under the directory click one of the folders, itll bring up a browser. find the folder with your song in it. highlight it then press OK. then that folder will appear in your browser
