"Oh yeah. A-ha-ha".
Their frantic beat cover of the old 1959 Don and Dewey song.
Also wonderfully recorded in '64 by The Premiers - but WMG kicked that off

  • WMG sucks. But they do own the stuff. But again they would be better served if people could hear the music.

  • Theses Guys are so cool. Thanks for the post. Tezza the Manch...........

  • Underrated, when you consider what a huge influence they were on The Byrds!!!!

  • My favorite searchers song!

  • Splendid track. My Searchers favourite.

Tony Jackson, after a 60s Roadshow in 1994, stayed the night with us in Swindon.

Chatted during the break; hadn't heard of him since 1960s; always liked his singing; Bridget her usual beaming, welcoming, friendly self; he was only too pleased to stay with us.

A marvellous couple of hours indoors, him relating early times: Hamburg; Beatles, meeting Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, etc. Really chummy guy. An experience out of nothing. A fond memory.
