First of all the music is about people who lived a lie and where in denial about it and had to fight hard to move on with their lifes...people had severe depressions and even tryed to kill themselfs because they found out that their lifes were nothing but webs of lies...

And by the way its not "running around in circles,baby" its "running around in circles,ANGRY"
