No, the "baggage" line was ripped out of a video by Anicrofan called "The Most Epic Word You'll Ever Hear", and the last bit is ripped from EnterYume's video "MOST Epic word ever..........". All I did was adjust the volume and make it sound a bit cooler.

What program was used to make this?
MikuMikuDance or just MMD, a 3D animation program featuring the Vocaloids.
