I think you'll find the conductor's name is "Slatkin" not "Stalkin". This is a superb performance from everyone involved, vastly superior to the original recording. Apparently on the day the soundtrack was made for the film, it was a particularly hot and humid day in Hollywood so they had to open all the windows in the studio and it threw the two pianos out of tune! Yes, there were two in the original score, played by duo pianists Eadie & Rack. Simon Mulligan is amazing. Thanks for posting.
