Two reasons I know of .. One - her energies are used to help stabilize the area as have said many lamas and others from spiritual communities. Two - she does not have the financial means to even move to a safer location within the Vancouver area. Her love for humanity and service to it has often put her at high risk. Yet she continues to educate and empower us all.
