I agree. I guess I'm spoiled from watching some really expert dancers but the arm movements are noticably off - the elbows often stay at one fixed angle instead of opening and closing. I'm sure she'll be a great dancer starting out so young, but here the effect seems to be more from "awww, cute girl! and dancing too!" than from the dancing. Of course with child talent shows that's often the case. I'd rather see a little girl enjoying the dancing than being drilled into perfection.
