Mind Pollution - Visiting her cousin Boris in Washington, D.C., Linka finds out he is under the influence of a designer drug known as 'Bliss', peddled by Verminous Skumm. Boris spiked Linka's food with Bliss, turning her into an addict, and the other Planeteers must try to help her break her addiction while also trying to stop drug-fueled riots from breaking out across the city. This is considered to be one of the darkest Captain Planet episodes, showing not only the heavy corruption of one of the series' protagonists, but also the death of her cousin Boris.

A nice episode, too bad the music all but obscures the dialog most of the time.

@Verbeke7 And he's played by Jeff Goldblum, and the creators of the show went out of their way to make the villains look like the actors that played them.

@98Rhiannon they were trying to be real as they could...and its not just abt children but teenagers and adults could learn from this too..this is perhaps the biggest risk taken by an animated series but for a good cause

@TheJonDuvall i will take wind.....becoz i have grown up imitating linka, sometimes my actions could make ppl wonder that i was crazy...but yeah, i was.....i have asked my friend to do a CG captain planet movie where i can play linka easily...oh my dream will be fulfilled LOL
