Filling up the too wide whole for the bridge stud with 2 component epoxy, next glue the studs back in with two component glue.
Tip: you can use standard alcohol tabs to remove two-component glue squeeze out. Works really well, when not waiting too long of course.
NOTE: don't see this as thé way to do such a repair. This is kind of quick and dirty repair to get it working, which is acceptable since the guitar itself isn't exactly high end.
Main take-away: 2 component epoxy and 2 component glue can solve the problem of too wide holes without demanding woodcraft capabilities or machinery.
But... wood on wood is better for your sound.

Unfortunately this discoloring is minor compared to some binding damage I did during the partial re-fret job...

Looking good!
Maybe you could try a marker to hide the miss matched color of the epoxy filler and body color. Even black would hide it better than the light color it is now.
