Good technique and obviously very talented for your age, but the piece is meant to be very dramatic and you're just a bit short on emotion -- it'll come with time.

holy crap. slow the hell down dude. absolutely NO emotion or passion in this piece. you take out the emotion in this powerful piece and you may as well slap rachmaninoff in the face.

Justin is obviously very talented, it isn't an easy piece to play at all. IMHO, he is not fully grown, biologically but more mentally, to play such piece in a way it should be played.
Keep practicing, you're doing great.

errr..the beginning and the ending are both too fast, the middle is fine... and i think you need a little bit more dynamics.
