September 27, 2009, DAVID PLATE, Slumlord

This is video from the poor tenant in Apt. 6. These apartments were supposed to be abated by Grant County on July 16, 2009, but once again they took PLATE's word for it that "this time, no crossies count!" Well, sure enough, nothing done and this tenant fell through the floor for the 3rd time since December, 2008! This is the same apartment Dist. 9 Representatvie Bill Hinkle fell through when we asked him to come and see what his campaign manager DAVID PLATE was all about. Rep. Hinkle fell through this very floor and quickly exited the building saying, "This is unsafe! I don't need to see anymore, I believe every word, and am appalled at this!" He then fired PLATE as his campaign manager and instructed me to contact the County Commissioners, yet none of us has received any explanation as to WHY THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO TAKE THIS SLUMLORD AT HIS WORD WHEN HE REPEATEDLY BREAKS HIS WORD. This time the Grant County Fire District #5 had to come and get Apt. 6 tenant out of the floor and take him to the hospital! I will be uploading more about this incident, as well as video of my rotted bathroom floor, which I crashed through only days before this incident. GRANT COUNTY: Shame, Shame, know your name!
