This song is called "藍鞋子(BLUE SHOES)"
it even says so in the first few seconds of the mv. If it was titled 'Boy' it would be '男孩子'. Notice the first two characters are DIFFERENT? =]

for everyone wondering about what blue shoes gotta do with this song is that, in the chorus the translation of a sentence is, Blue Shoes are a pair made in heaven, she probably means by that is that a guy blah blah blah is a pair in heaven or something =]
