Are rights natural? What rights should terror suspects have? Should they be tried in US courts? Can rights be given and taken away by governments? What about the War on Terror?

@JakeSEAL9 Yes they are human beings. We have been in there territory forever stirring up trouble. Most Americans don't realize our role in middle east through our federal extensions that nobody sees on home soil. The rest of the world sees the real US. They simply want to be left alone. Resistance groups are inevitable and no middle eastern "terrorist" was involved with 9/11.

@JakeSEAL9 A terrorist is a label given from a certain perspective. To Britian in 1776 we were terrorists. I wish I could live in your world of ignorance again. It really is bliss to think America is always right. I live in reality now.

@JakeSEAL9 Well, US soldiers should not be over-seas to begin with but that's another argument. A US soldier is free to fight enemy soldiers - not to kill civilians. As long as the soldier is fighting an enemy soldier on the battlefield there is no legal problem. However, when a US soldier hurts civilians or tortures people or other things like this, then there is a problem. Who is staying at the Four Seasons, by the way? Also, the people who did 9/11 are dead. There are very few Al Queda left.

@RedShirtArmy No they dont have natural rights. Thats how we have soldiers getting tried for punching a teroorist. WHy should he have the right to help a court martial be filed against an AMERICAN Soldier. He shouldnt he is a POW and will be treated how we see fit. Sure we dont have to go medival on him but we sure as hell dont have to let him stay at the freakin four seasons. They dont have rights theygave those up on September 11

@JakeSEAL9 I think you missed the entire point of the video. Natural rights are not given by you or anyone else. They are part of our humanity. When someone aggresses against another, as I pointed out in the video, they then forfeit their rights. But until they do and have been tried and convicted for this aggression, they - just like you and me and everyone else - have natural rights. Govt's which deny these rights are illegitimate.
