Clipper Netstream Test

Not very exciting to look at but this little test rig takes part of the Clipper Code to see if we could find a way around the playhead bug we found. We did and we were able to swap in and out of this 'playlet' test app any number of different local and remote (progressive download files). Thats a good thing as it clears the way for building the rest of the functions. After we have the functions in place we shall return to see if we can get the YouTube API working - that will give us our target of 3 out of the 4 tech scenarios we have identified for Clipper. The fourth was URL 'sniffing' but that is now optional!
