This is a stock 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. It's front-wheel-drive. It's got the 3.6L V6, good for 252hp and 251ft/lb torque.

I did a few 0-60mph and 0-100+mph, both in automatic and manual mode at the end. I got around 7sec flat, which is pretty good I think. And plenty of redlining at the end, because the transmission in manual is quite slow to shift, takes 2-3 seconds after you press the button ...

  • Such a nice car.. Why abuse it?

  • YouTube arguements are so stupid. Just shut up. Who cares if they have recalls? Every car company has it's weak points. As long as it gets you from A to B, it should be good enough. Any car company can make lemons. Some Malibus go to 200,000 and some 25,000. Same with Camry, Fusion, Accord, Altima, etc.

  • @jaymil55 Yeah, but people should show a little respect to American cars. They were ruled the streets way before Honda and Toyota ever did. They pretty much still do even if there is a few recalls. I seen more American cars on the streets than Hondas and Toyotas.

Aww...what's the matter? You running out of powerful words? I'm so sorry! Did I strike your nerve.

  • @Motorchevytoyota

    Check your inbox hard ass!

  • @Motorchevytoyota Then why don't you make a video of yourself and driving the Camry and someone else driving the V6 Malibu. Maybe THEN I'll see if I'm impressed or not.

  • @Motorchevytoyota Yeah, I've done my research so you have no room to talk. Nice try kid.

    ....anything else?

  • @Motorchevytoyota Past 10 years. There have been over 74 different recalls for Toyota

The Malibu has had 38 different recalls in the last 10 years.

  • @Americanmuscle1968 i own a 2010 malibu and they have had 3 recalls on the 2009 thru 2012 model years do to service air bag lights on, in fact they had a recall to replace air bag connectors and then had a second recall to replace the same connectors again. the other recall was to reprogram the sdm module. Still would rather have an american brand i like fords better then chevy though, but my discount is with GM so i choose the malibu its a ok car. nothing special about them.

  • @Motorchevytoyota is that so? Camrys having stuck accelerators, steering problems, brake problems.etc

There hasn't been a single Malibu this year that has had 1 recall.

So much for your.....foreign quality cars!
