  • The golden toad recently disappeared. Many other amphibians are dying due to migration of molds and diseases.

You want me to list more recent ones like Pyrenean Ibex or West African Black Rhino. Want some birds? Po'o-uli or Spix's Macaw. Sealife? The Baiji Dolphin.

This is really happening. To think he is just scaremongering is rather narrow minded. Ask more questions and make less sweeping statements.

His point is we need to find a new way to coexist on this plant. Pillage politics failed.

  • The engine of this growth machine is debt and interest based money for the economy not to slow or crash it has to grow at the rate of debt +interest. Through our acceptance of this foundational institutional structure were turning the world into money.

  • We live inside a perpetual growth machine driven mostly by the 'needs' of money, those with money and your average persons continual need to earn money. Very little focus relatively is on caring for the planet, species extinction, climate change or simply being grateful for life. Most people don't have the time. Our foundational economic institutions are based on exploitation of people and planet.

  • damn that cracker smart

  • Are you, for real, asking people to name 20 000 extinct animals? Are you stupid? Sorry, criticism usually needs argumentation(check the meaning of this word in any book about philosophy or formal logic) concerning the argument. I guess you think that what is meant by saying"animals have gone extinct" is sth like a eco-sentiment which would then really deserve prove, but thats not the case here. Try to reproduce what hes saying and then make up a point why your comment should matter atr all!

  • Can someone tell me the soundtrack to this video? I must have it,I love it! Thank you great vid
