The Xtreme Rings are capable of far more than just simple pushups, pull-ups and muscle-ups. Galimores are an example of just one of the many demandingly productive movements possible on this piece of equipment.

An essay detailing some basic progressions for developing Galimores is available here:

The GB program details and Xtreme Rings which developed much of this athlete's strength are available here:

  • Beast. I envy these kids who started training so young. One of my biggest regrets in life is not starting to train gymnastics earlier.

  • It is never too late. One of the GymnasticBodiesdotcom forum members is 70 years old, has been training with my system for a couple of years now and has his front lever, back lever and is currently working on his iron cross.

  • @GymnasticBodies Does your gym facilitate older (18+) athletes?

  • Twice a year older athletes/fitness enthusiasts are allowed to train with me for 3 days during the Gymnastic Bodies Seminars.

  • He can do a muscle up more smoothly than I can get up out of a chair. Wow.

  • Ah, so I guess the cool look is just a side affect of functional vision.

That's unbelievable! Thanks to your resources like BtGB and the forums I started training gymnastics about 5 months ago (at age 20) and have made amazing progress. Without these resources I wouldn't have known where to start. Can't tell you how excited I am for the Handstand Chronicles and Liquid Steel.

  • This video is a little misleading. By watching this kid do this, you would think that it's easy.

  • what is the equivalent of this but with a full planche in the end? i can do that on a bar but never knew what it was called :/

  • @JoshRom I know!

  • Jesus fucking Christ....
