Liukin needs to watch this so she can understand what she's supposed to do with her legs when she dismounts from bars. More than that though, her rabid fans need to watch this so as to understand why the 2008 gold medal in bars deservedly went to He Kexin.

Some gymnasts as they get taller seem to get less dynamic on bars. I think her gymnastics actually got better as she got taller, on bars especially.
