Wow. Can't believe I made this back in high school. It was of course relevant to a school project but yeah, as the guy below says, a sarcastic Windows Movie Maker video by a 16 year old who has very little understanding about the topic and is just trying to get a grade is really going to do very little on the scale of effect on the treatment of this kind of behavior. Certainly not going to help when the U.S. starts restricting this kind of thing altogether.

correction: decimation to destroy/replace a culture or religion. We have international laws against genocide by governments because of a minority's race, genetics, ethnicity, culture, language, religion, sect, regionalism & any sense of social differentation from the ruling class or majority. In South Africa, Apartheid was used to strictly segregate the majority black/African "Bantu"s from the small white ruling class, as well the small Asian Indian & Cape Coloured minorities from 1945 to 1994.

The USA has a history of genocide & official policies against groups of people because of their race, color or ethnic/national origin. American Indians & other indigenous peoples (Hawaiians), African-American slaves or freedmen including oppressive Jim Crow laws, internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII & forced deportation of Mexican-Americans in the 1930s. Either by mass murder & cultural dedication, physical removal & laws forbid intermarriage or reproduction, those are acts of genocide.
