You are sure of her if you do not have doubts. You could be somewhat more objective. The theory proves nothing. Strange way the paparazzi took photos of her mostly alone, or together with men. It is surprising that you do not have a doubt although all of her being is an ENIGMA only yet. If only a small you would have read about her then, you would know that she liked being alone the best since her childhood. I do not claim that she was not lesbian, but her solitude may not be so to degrade.

I've heard the real Greta Garbo wasn't at all like she was in her films that it was all acting. There was no mystery about her at all, she loved to be with her friends and family, watch TV, go walking (a lot of walking), and a devout reader of Hollywood gossip magazines and she had a wacky sense of humor. Overall she wasn't that complicated of a woman just a really great actress who gave the illusion of mystery and complexity.

is there any doubt she was lesbian? my theory is that's why she was so lonely, no matter how big she got she wasn't allowed to live it openly. and of course in those days it was considered to be a disorder by society. and i think that just pissed her off.

my aunt told me that when she visited new york many years ago, she passed by a woman in the street. she recognized her so much and kept thinking: where have i met her?? then later that day the finally realized that she had passed by greta garbo! now that's cool! :D
