I think you will find weaknesses in all vendors if you go looking for them, wheather it's Websense, Cisco Ironport, Bluecot, Mcafee, etc. I have tested Websense and deployed a number of Websense products and from speaking to many IT professionals it is considered a leader. Although I'm sure Bluecoat is a great product as well.
