"I Want To Look Like That Guy" documentary was the hardest movie I've ever had to make. I lived like a fitness model for half a year and transformed my body from a 44 inch waist to a rock hard body at 4% bodyfat. I uncover the ugly truth to looking lean and cut. This documentary will change the way you view fitness ads forever and help you reach you fitness goals. If you made a new years resolution to get into shape, get this documentary before your set your goals.

This documentary was produced by Boomerang Studios

  • That actually makes no sense. When you lift in higher rep range you are encroaching on breaking too much muscle down. Think of it this way: A sprinter is muscular and a marathoner is skinny. The higher reps will make you smaller. Guys who do higher reps and get bigger could be juicing. A sprinter runs short distance (low rep) a long distance runner (high rep). If a distance runner juiced he would have a hard time running distance.

No offense but when you began ,you were a couch potateo! I mean you were ridiculously out of shape! From your body apperance, you have no background to be ripped/in shape. Or understanding of nutrition. For people who lead a high exercise/ healthy LIFESTYLE, they can easily be shredded! So incorporate it into a lifestyle slowly! So some of you statements are nonsense! I mean you looked like you laid on the couch for 20 years and you expect to be ripped in short period of time lol

  • @ThatGuyMovie What about organics. Its almost imposible to get fat eating organic.

  • hi the gu in the documentary.tell me how muck IU growth hormon for daily did you used ?

  • both on steroids....

  • i know the stuff xD

  • @ThatGuyMovie Do you consider 8-12 reps high reps? It is moderate, right?

  • @FABIORBPINTO bodybuilders use 2-3mins rest in the max ot style training. Powerlifters can rest up to 5mins or longer to avoid hypertrophy. If you are wondering how you get cuts on a body builders routine? It is simple cardio and diet. The problem to the equation is simple, but plugging it in and making it work takes some guts!

  • "this is stupid" hahahaah
