Because of this, the GOP has now become almost completely irrelevant, and is being pushed further out of Washington with each new scandal that emerges. Robert F. Republicans hang around because there are Republicans posing as Democrats and contaminating and sabotaging the Democratic Party. Cases in point: Bart Stupak, Ben Nelson, Mary Landrieu
