So a lawyer who is appointed to defend a defendant is wrong for winning the case? Seems like with her being a lawyer she would lose the case on purpose.

While I detest rapist I cannot fault the lawyers. Maybe you should read up on what happens in court rooms.

Even a rapist is entitled to legal defense. But a lawyer who touts herself as an "advocate for children" should not be representing a man who rapes children. That's like calling yourself an "environmentalist" and representing polluters.

@fossilfiction When you call yourself an "advocate for children," you don't become an advocate for someone who rapes children. Being an advocate means you devote yourself to a cause. So, for example, if you are an environmental advocate, you don't represent polluters. Hillary is not an advocate for anything except Hillary.

hillary rotten clinton is a deceitful glutoneous power hungry witch. its sad we're going to have to hear reference to her vile putrid name as secretary/state. how long must we endure the clintons masquerade party? there are so many better people in this world. how do we ever let such scroff hiding behind their intellectual excretement blather on endlessly in circles of meaningless rhetoric become our leaders. is everybody on drugs? or what? or has liberal genocide killed off our smartest people?

That's why I couldn't be a defense attorney...at least not a public defender (private defense attornies can at least pick their cases) One can talk about the "system" all day if it makes them feel better. But the bottom line to a lawyer who gets someone like that off is "A child rapist is walking free and probably raping other kids because YOU got him off" There's no way around that. I'm pre law myself, but I intend on becoming a prosecutor, to put people like that IN jail, not keep them out.
