LIFETIME DRUG-FREE. This is the first of 2 work sets of my squat workout. The other set was a quadruple drop set. I work my legs every 2 weeks.

  • These comments are hilarious, everyone's got an opinion, yet no one has come forth with a video using the depth, stance and weight used in this video. I honestly would only be able to do 165 using your' technique. Never really attempted 20 like that.

    What exactly do you do on this once every 2 weeks leg day? I like the idea, if i could work legs every two weeks and spend the rest of the time worrying about my calves it would be great.

    oh and whats the song? i feel like i should know this.

  • Yeah, I enjoy all the expert advice I get on here.

    A leg workout usually has one set like this and one or two with heavier weight and lower reps--after a thorough warm up, of course.

    Calves are done only once every two weeks too, you know!

    But seriously, how do you manage to bang a brood after doing shit like this? The other day I did 200x20 and i couldnt hit the girl's g-spot that night cuz my legs were trashed. What do you reccomend?

  • fantastic. Great form as well. Knees have to go forward with the closer stance. Deep squats. Most people can't do 20 reps deep with 135. Fantastic stuff man.
