@dubberdubs indeed sir.

@NoSChRoMe True. But I think using night vision (no lights) would portray a better feeling of dark in there. The lights make the the facility seem more "popular" since there are 2 people in one of the tanks. It's supposed to be an experience of one's self.

Also, bei dieser sogenannten dezenten Musik und den Video-Aufnahmen wird man nicht gerade animiert zu floaten.

The magnesium sulfate is absorbed into the skin, reducing inflammation. Same as when people soak their feet in epsum salt or just take a bath in it.

no practice necessary, just lay back and float.
normal isolation or sensory deprivation chamber the water is very salty which makes you more buoyant. the water/air are the same temperature which gives the illusion that there is no water and you are just weightlessly floating and it is noramally pitch dark inside with your ears below water level..the psychedelic experience comes from being deprived of your senses of boundary/sight/hearing. it activates the dream portion of your mind.

Who or what is the background music?...thanks

some people talk about having psychadelic experiences while in flotation tanks. Is this the norm or is that with many sessions of practicing?
I heard it's supposed to be enclosed with no light. What's with this crap?
