Connor O'Callahan is a sophomore defenseman on Ramsey High School's defending State Champion hockey team. He gained 10lbs of lean muscle (144) this Fall and maxes 275lbs for 1 Rep in this video prior to pre-season.

Connor has long lean legs and it is difficult to get FULL range of motion with squats and deadlifts. Although we would like him a bit lower, we count this lift as a "good one." Notice that his chest stays out, his knees stay in proper alignment and he keeps strong posture throughout the lift.

The GE Staff prides our training on teaching proper technique and getting Athlete's stronger - safely. We train Athlete's not guys who just want to brag about their lifts. We would prefer our Athlete's bragging about their performance in their sport!
