@CrashmagFilms I'm fully aware of the cycles that drugs/drug addiction cause,it only attracts criminal acts because taking drugs itself is criminalised.People should be permitted to have unimpeded access to whatever drugs they want,if they were commercialy available it would guarantee clean cheap drugs that the gov could collect revenue on.Because of the artificailly high price on the black market+they are so adulterated users end up having to spend hundreds for a few dollars worth.
@silver760 The problem dude, is drugs effect everyone, murder and stealing always follow high drug addiction. I don't use drugs but one day a stupid addict might kill me for 20 dollars to feed the drug habit. Screw anyone that defends people making drugs, screw anyone who tries to justice drugs
What makes me puke is international "Do gooders" who seem to think that they know what is best for people in other countries thousands of miles away from them whoose lives and culture they cannot possibly comprehend. They barge in and jump up and down like spoiled brats, causing suffering to thousands of people because they have a MINOR drug problem on their streets they cannot control. If people want to take drugs it's their choice, not the governments.Legalisation is the only way to control drugs
In the video bar to the right Ive got: "Fateful Addiction", "Women abusing opium", "Report on Afghan heroin addicts", and "How to grow Papaver Somniferum" LOL
Getting upset because an Afghan peasant is growing poppies and your Uncle is a heroin addict is like getting mad a "Safeway" for have a beer and wine aisle in their store and your Uncle got Chirrosis of the Liver from 30 years of alcoholism. Supply Side attacks will ALWAYS fail. You have to stop Americans and West Europeans from wanting to spend large amounts of money to poison themselves before you "blame" peasants for our addictive behaviors...
you have to get the root of the problem, and the problem is not the poppys or coca.the problem is having culture bassed on a money system that makes people inferior and superior.the problem is a mental problem, the problem of all problems.
Very informative, clearly a lot of research went into this production. Gives a good point of view on one of afghanistans largest businesses if not THE largest. Props to the producers.

Excellent production. Thought-provoking content and often disturbing images. I hope a lot of people see this. Well done.
