Police Officers at the Santa Clara County District Attorneys office in San Jose California try to kick us out of the D.A. office for holding a sign exposing criminal activity by San Jose Police officers: Brian Williams and Patrick Lynch. and a botched internal affairs investigation into San Jose Police Case number: We were told that if we did not leave we would be excorted from the building. We stood are ground and won.

  • You were taking pictures in a government building, you could take all the pictures you wanted OUTSIDE the building but not in. Just another instigator betting for attention. Dumbass

  • So since you are smarter than everybody else, tell me a law that says I can not film in a public building. There is also the Ralph M. Brown Act. So tell me what makes you so right and THE LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION SO WRONG?

  • @caryandrewcrittenden - Whats the difference say if an employee of HP pavillion asks you to leave the property compared to what happened here in this video?

  • @sbisk Interesting Question. Title 10 of the San Jose Municipal Code (10.20.140) emphasizes a specific exemption for first amendment activity on private property. I've been somewhat baffled by this. If this were to refer to, for example: The San jose Cops who work at the H.P. Pavilion through secondary employment contract kicking people off the property for violating pavilion policies (speech related or not) this could technically violate section C 1503 of the San Jose police Duty Manuel.

  • @shiggashane1 exactly. Just another lazy bum without a job. Might be beneficial for if you took time out of your day to search for job rather than make a meaningless video no one gives a shit about..

  • @nihonjin44 How could you draw a ridiculous conclusion like that? I manage a commercial property in SJ and have been in telecom since 97. Your a nutcase. You cant challenge the facts so you conjor up imaginary crap from your head to attack me for. Get a life & take your meds. Stupid troll.

  • @shiggashane1 You are WRONG! That is why they could not present any law or policy. This woman seemed to think that when she became a cop, her opinion suddenly over rode the constitution. The cameras were the safeguard that helped to protected this. There is Brennens decision, Es v. Sullivan, and tons of statutes that protect this. Furthermore there are tons of surveillance cameras all over the building and any citizen can access those pursuant to California Government Code 6254(F)

  • Good job bro.

  • Oh god save us, you're making the DA "uncomfortable"!

Welcome to the police state lady!

  • "What are you taking pictures for???" - sounding very scared there isn't she.
