Here's another push-up variation done on a stability ball. This is a exercise anyone can do at home, especially if they have a stability ball, and not sure what to do with it.
A regression you can do is to put both feet on the ball and slowly twist to one side. If you need to regress it even more, place both shins on the ball and slowly twist. Remember, start slow and work your way up.
