What would your advice be in the event that someone dislikes or despises themselves? They have tried to change but they always end up being the same character, and they hate themselves for being who they are.

Sorry, just saw this (we don't usually check comments so next time drop in out Tumblrs). I would say that they need to ask WHY they hate themselves. Really take a look at the reason for not liking themselves and even if what they perceive as them is REALLY them. But this is a really hard thing to tackle in such ambiguous terms. However, I will say that something DOES need to change because no one should go through life not wanting to be themselves. Maybe even consider professional help. ~Hayden

It took me until I'd graduated from high school to start acting more like myself and I wished I'd realized a lot sooner, how much more fun it is to be yourself =)
