Looks good to me.. I don't care how its pronounced. When I lived in Michigan, it was pronounced the way you do; in Florida, they say it like the Greeks. Tastes the same here or there. I've been going thru alot of gyro videos here because I'm making some tomorrow, and you would not believe how outraged some people get in their comments about the pronunciation, sheesh..
What's the 'chipped beef'? Is that similar to a steak-n-cheese? Maybe you can make a video of that one day. Love regional food.

@SteveInFlorida How did your gyro come out? Not sure what steak-n-cheese is, but the way we served the chipped beef, in a hot pan, half the pan filled with homefried potatoes, the other half with white toast, then the chipped beef on top, which is basically a cream sauce (made from milk, butter, four, some spices) and little pieces of dried beef mixed in it. Not quite sure about the specifics of the meat, but I'm sure you could wiki it if you'd like.
