@peepeevagi ,No he didn't live.They both died just the way the film displayed it.The ending credits is showing a prologue of when toshiaki and kiyomi first met.Remember in the last scene,when toshiaki started talking to eve about when he first saw kiyomi at the university and her wearing a pink dress?....You just have to pay close attention to these kinds of movies.
